We offer colleges around the country an efficient and
effective method for administering alcohol and drug assessments. Our program allows you to
administer the assessment via the Internet eliminating the need for manually keying the
data. It also allows students to complete the assessment conveniently and privately. The
designated recipients are immediately notified via email after a student completes the
assessment.
When students submit the assessment, their contact information is recorded in a database.
The database is password protected, so only the appropriate staff are allowed access to
student data. In addition to student contact information, the database can provide you
with a number of reports and the ability to download raw data anytime. Importantly, our

Our program also allows you to schedule classes or sessions with your students
automatically at the end of the assessment. You have access to the class list, so
you know who will be attending as well as who has not registered.
Following the class registration, students will be presented with the option of reviewing
their Personalized Feedback Report, which summarizes a number of their responses in
meaningful ways to the student. Information in this report includes the cost of alcohol
per quarter or semester, the number of calories consumed and the number hours required on
the Stairmaster to work off those calories. Importantly, a number of graphs summarize the
student's average consumption habits compared to the average usage at your college. Also
included is the student's perception about how many drinks other students at their school
consume compared to the actual drinking norm along with that particular student's reported
consumption. Finally, actions that students are taking to reduce their risks are
reinforced and suggestions are given for minimizing risk when consuming alcohol.
The follow-up survey is also administered through this program. By clicking a couple
of buttons students are invited to participate in a follow-up survey (usually sent 30-60
days following the initial assessment). The email invitation received by students is
written by you, and personalized with the student's first name. However, you only need to
write the email once. Our technology allows you to send this email to an unlimited number
of students at one time.
